As a mobile service, we come to you, your boat builder or your marina.

We have one of the largest and most efficient soda blasting machines (the only patented one in the world) to enable us to complete your project more quickly than others.

The process will uncover any faults that need attention such as osmosis/blisters, cracks, failing/failed previous repair work and/or corrosion to metallic componetry.

Our soda blasting services extend to cleaning up drive shafts, propellors and rudders ready for re-application of propspeed; stern legs and trim tab hardware for re-antifouling, as well as corrosion from dismantled aluminium spars and paint from cast aluminium port holes and hatches. Paint stripping and grease/oil clean up on engines after they have been removed from the vessel is also an available service.

All of our on site (hardstand) marine work is tented to contain the residue, monitored for leakage throughout the job and we clean up afterwards.

For jobs which cannot be blasted insitu, such as engines or parts which have been dismantled/removed from the vessel, we have a booth at Massey to accommodate your needs.
